Eucaly is currently only available in the U.S. Shipping costs will depend on the purchase items as some products such as plants need greater care during shipping.
We ship year-round, rain or shine. We will generally process your order within 2-5 business days of your order being placed.
Our plants are shipped from our nursery in Southern California, while planters, vertical planters and other products are fulfilled from warehouses in Spain or China. Since we keep our inventory in different places, products may arrive at different times, but we aim to have your products at your home within 3-4 weeks. However, products received damaged are always covered by our 30-Day Guarantee.
We stand behind our product and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product notify us via email within 30 days of receiving your order at returns@eucaly.co.
